A few months back we got the opportunity to revamp a client’s website as they commemorated their 10th year in the Real Estate space.

Here are the top 5 things that we focused on!

1.    Brand Repositioning & Digital Identity

See, human beings are naturally perspective, when they get on your website, do they feel like they instinctively want to buy what you are selling? Is your website “giving”? How do YOU describe your product? How do YOU talk to your clients behind the screen? How do YOU convince them that the product YOU have listed is what they are looking for? YOUR tone, voice, language go a long way in the virtual world

2.    Product First User Journey

Life can get hectic, the last thing your clients should be doing is having to control + F ( if such a function exists) on your website to find the home page or contact page. If your goal is to sell apartments, apartments are what people landing on your website should see first. In as much as we believe in story telling, the product should not be a secret.

3.  Thoughtful Architecture

Information should be organised into intuitive bite sized sections that answer the questions buyers naturally have:In real estate - Location, price, amenities, floor plans……progressing into construction updates etc. This flow reduces information overload while keeping essential details accessible.

4.    High Impact Visual Content

Saving the best for last does not apply here. Your best images need to come first. They are the door to the wallet - or soul. Your visuals should clearly tell a story, describe the project and sell a lifestyle. The aim is to convert interest into enquiries and there is no better way than the use of good imagery.

5.    Multiple Lead Collection Opportunities

Rather than relying on a single contact page ten clicks away, enquiry opportunities should be strategically set up within reach on each landing page. Do your prospects have access to multiple ways they can reach you? Request a call back? Place a direct call? Submit a lead form? Email channels for the introverted fellows
